John E. Stewart, Senior Financial Officer

John E. Stewart is a Managing Director of FINMA International, bringing deep expertise in E.U. GAAP and financial instruments. A former partner at Arthur Andersen and Director of U.S. Accounting Principles, he advised on complex reporting issues and represented the firm before key standard-setters. John served over a decade on the FASB’s Emerging Issues Task Force and has authored numerous articles and technical guides. He is a recognized thought leader and continues to contribute to the financial reporting community through speaking engagements and advisory roles.




Amy A. Ripepi, Revenue Officer

Amy A. Ripepi is a co-founder and Managing Director of Financial Reporting Advisors, with extensive expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and complex accounting matters. A former partner at Arthur Andersen and Director of its U.S. Professional Standards Group, she has advised on a wide range of technical issues and served on key committees including the FASB’s Advisory Council and the SEC Regulations Committee. Amy is also a frequent speaker and author on financial reporting topics and continues to contribute thought leadership through the GAAP Update Service.



Scott A. Taub, International Transfers & Escrow Manager

Scott A. Taub is a seasoned expert in financial reporting and regulation, with over two decades of experience, including senior roles at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Financial Reporting Advisors. He played a key role in implementing the Sarbanes-Oxley reforms and has represented the SEC in international standard-setting forums such as FASB, IASB, and IOSCO. Scott is also a published author and recognized speaker on complex accounting issues.
